If I could tell myself one thing I would tell myself about work and power. I would tell myself that to get power sometimes you have to do more than one equation to find the answer.
The experiment we did in class was that finley gave us the mass of something and the displacement and we had to find the power. First we did mass* accerleration= force then we do force*displacement= work finally we did work/time= power

If I could go back in time and tell myself something I would tell myself that to find initial and final states it depends on what your goal is. The experiment that we did to construct this concept was that Mr. Finley pushed my off the table and he asked what is the initial and final, but we didn't know because we didn't know the goal.
